Winter movers were not only on time, they came 10 minutes early (8:20am on a Saturday), they were clean, courteous, and gentle with our belongings. They worked efficiently and professionally. They did a full pack, move, and unpack of a 1 bedroom apartment in less than 6 hours total. Cesar and his team were amazing. Also, they were extremely accurate with their billing. I would highly recommend Winter for your next move.

We have had terrible experience with movers in the past, so Winter Moving was a welcome relief! The two men showed up promptly, were professional and pleasant. They arrived at our destination-Santa Rosa- even before we did, and worked quickly, carefully and efficiently.The price was reasonable, even with the $60 gas surcharge and $15 for tape and plastic wrapping, which we were alerted to beforehand. (The wrapping charge is not mandatory if you have your own plastic sheeting to protect couches, etc.) We will definitely use this company again.

Having moved 3 times this past year and utilized 3 moving companies for different parts of my move, my two experiences with Winter Moving were definitely the best. Winter's guys were timely, gave accurate quotes, and had reasonable storage prices. I was in a bind moving out for renovation with more furniture than I could take with me and needed a move to storage ASAP. Jesse was available and very accommodating even on on 2 day notice. The team carefully wrapped everything and kept it in great condition. Furthermore, I really wanted movers to be careful of scuffs or gashes in walls, corners, and flooring and these guys moved my 4 bedroom house without a single scratch. They assembled beds and moved multiple heavy items through a construction zone. I would definitely use them again.

Working with Winter Moving was a great experience. As I prepared to move from SF to Oakland, I called a few different moving companies and Winter was very reasonably priced and the cheapest local company. Their quote and pricing was transparent and they offered a nice discount for paying in cash.

It just took one call to schedule and they showed up on time on moving day. The three guys who showed up worked incredibly fast and hard. We were moving from a 2-bedroom house with a lot of furniture and boxes and the whole move took about 4 hours total. The movers disassembled and reassembled a few pieces of our bigger furniture. No damages to any of our stuff.

Overall, a great experience, would recommend them to anyone!

My wife and I recently closed on a house in SF. We've moved a few times in the past 8 years, two of them with full packing & moving services. From the initial communication, getting a quote within a few hours of the first email, everything was handled in the best possible way. I contacted a couple of other companies and I felt their rates and estimates were inflated, we knew from previous moves the amount of time that should take to pack and load/unload. The crew was very professional, they arrived on time, were extremely polite and focused on what they needed to do. Always making sure that our needs were fulfilled. They went the extra mile by disassembling a charcoal grill that didn't fit through the backyard door, and then assembling it again to the original state.

They were professional and efficient, and I highly recommend them. You should request this crew!I've had some bad experiences with moving companies, so I was a bit apprehensive to believe all the 5-star reviews. Luckily it worked out well. We moved a mid/large-size two-bedroom apartment from Menlo Park to SF on December 8th. We had around 30 boxes plus furniture, and a some bulky things like plants and bikes. It took 6.5 hours including driving and lunch break. Here is a brief summary for my review:1) Arrived on time, with the right number of people, and the right kind of equipment. Believe it or not, many moving companies don't get this far. 2) Moved some of our large things very smoothly, including getting an upright piano down a flight of stairs as well as hoisting a large couch down our balcony. In the past, we've had trouble moving the piano with regular moving companies, who were not professional piano movers. But this crew came prepared for it and executed smoothly. 3) They were professional and paid attention to detail. They took great care to wrap the furniture, and were careful not to scratch walls when carrying it out.4) They were efficient. Usually the final cost is way above estimate, but these guys were pretty much right in there.5) The additional supplies cost only about $30. This is typically a large hidden cost of moving. Yotam from the front office made it clear that we can provide our own supplies to save these costs and gave us their price list. I appreciated the transparency. We supplied the shrink wrap (can buy on Amazon for $20/large roll, and it took about 1.5 of those). The remaining $30 was I believe for a large mattress bag and tape.6) Winter moving provided up to 8 wardrobe boxes for free, and the crew helped us load stuff from our closet into them. This was a big time saver. 7) Nothing broke or was lost or damaged!Thank you!

I have used Winter moving three times (wish I did not move so often). They have been great - prompt, hard working, careful, etc. Our last move was difficult. It took longer than we hoped and there were a couple of complications. Winter stick to their bid cost in spite of the extra hours and quickly resolved the complications.

Hopefully we will not have to move again. Still, it was nice to do work with such a straight forward and honest organization.

Amazing. First, they were on time - a few mins early even. I was moving from an apartment in Nob Hill on a cable car line, and they were patient and helpful as I got parking for them. I was moving a studio's worth of stuff and they finished in just above 2 hrs, including drive time to my new apartment in lower mission. I'd definitely use them again and refer them to everyone I know. Awesome & very professional.

Winter moving was professional, considerate, and fast! I had requested to see if they can start as early as possible in the morning due to the bay bridge delay expected today at 11. With a normal start time of 8:30-9:30, they showed up right at 8:30'and got to work right away. Super efficient and protected all my furniture. Even worked with my new building to ensure everything was checked and secured. I shopped around a lot for movers and they were the most responsive and fair priced movers. Their quality of service was great and would definitely recommend!!!

We've used Winter Moving twice now, and both times were terrific! The first time (June 2016) I misunderstood their rate, but they honored the lower rate that I was expecting. The second time (September 2017) they estimated the move to take 7-8 hours, but the four guys did it in just 6. They even hefted a treadmill out of the old house and into the new one, negotiating some interesting turns. They were prompt, hardworking, and friendly. I would use them again in a heartbeat!
