They were on-time (actually early), and loaded up my large one bedroom apartment's furniture super fast. They were very careful, and brought extra blankets and wrapping supplies to make sure my TV's antique headboard and other delicate large items were cared for properly. They moved me across the bridge to Mill Valley, and were done by noon (8am start time). Put everything neatly in the room that was marked on the box, I didn't have to direct them or do a thing! I was nervous to see what the grand total came out to, and they were almost exactly on the estimated price! Totally recommend them for all your moving needs, big or small.

These movers were amazing! Javier, Octavio and Edgar were on top of it. Hustling from the moment they arrived. So nice and careful with everything, and wearing masks the whole time. Couldn't recommend them enough.Only thing is it took 30 minutes longer than their estimate, so factor in a little more time than what is quoted. But had they not busted their humps both loading out and in, it would have taken much longer! Best part is that they charge in increments of 15 minutes after a 3 hour minimum so we didn't have to pay for more time than it actually took.Thank you so much for making our moving day so easy!

First, I'd like to personally thank Yobani (I hope I'm spelling his name correctly) and his crew, Alex, Timo, and Diego for a smooth professional move. They were professional and efficient, and I highly recommend them. You should request this crew!I've had some bad experiences with moving companies, so I was a bit apprehensive to believe all the 5-star reviews. Luckily it worked out well. We moved a mid/large-size two-bedroom apartment from Menlo Park to SF on December 8th. We had around 30 boxes plus furniture, and a some bulky things like plants and bikes. It took 6.5 hours including driving and lunch break. Here is a brief summary for my review:1) Arrived on time, with the right number of people, and the right kind of equipment. Believe it or not, many moving companies don't get this far. 2) Moved some of our large things very smoothly, including getting an upright piano down a flight of stairs as well as hoisting a large couch down our balcony. In the past, we've had trouble moving the piano with regular moving companies, who were not professional piano movers. But this crew came prepared for it and executed smoothly. 3) They were professional and paid attention to detail. They took great care to wrap the furniture, and were careful not to scratch walls when carrying it out.4) They were efficient. Usually the final cost is way above estimate, but these guys were pretty much right in there.5) The additional supplies cost only about $30. This is typically a large hidden cost of moving. Yotam from the front office made it clear that we can provide our own supplies to save these costs and gave us their price list. I appreciated the transparency. We supplied the shrink wrap (can buy on Amazon for $20/large roll, and it took about 1.5 of those). The remaining $30 was I believe for a large mattress bag and tape.6) Winter moving provided up to 8 wardrobe boxes for free, and the crew helped us load stuff from our closet into them. This was a big time saver. 7) Nothing broke or was lost or damaged!Thank you!

We had a last minute moving need...moving my mother-in-law out of her home of 60 years in San Francisco to an Independent Senior Living Facility in Walnut Creek. We had packed up what needed to go with her, with the dining room set, couch and sidebar going to Oakland, then a separate drop off in Pleasant Hill, then onto Walnut Creek! These guys showed up on time, came in ready to work AND they knew what they were doing, given the situation with separate drop off's They were GREAT. They wrapped all the furniture appropriately and ensured their safety. They were pleasant, worked very efficiently and hard. The price was very reasonable. Thank you Winter Moving & Storage!!!

Changing home, packing and moving things is never easy. These movers showed up on time and well equipped. They were very professional, willing to help, fast, accurate and very punctual. They did the whole move without having a single problem, they were well ahead of the schedule and they finished in less time and also charged less than the original quote. To be honest, they just took me by surprise, I had full trust of our entire home and belongings in their hands and they didn't let me down!! I was never hoping to receive such a wonderful service within my budget. So, I am more than just happy. Winter Moving makes your life easier!

The guys at Winter Moving are great. They are quick and efficient. They packed and moved EVERYTHING from our one-bed apt to our new house within 6 hours. They also go above and beyond in their job. For example, when one of our couches didn't fit through the front door, they took down the front gate, pulled the couch through in one piece, and put the gate back. The only thing I would add is if you hire them for a full pack & move, you should set aside things you don't want them to move yet (shoes...) because they are really quick, and before you know it, they have already packed the things you needed in the truck...Overall, we had a great experience.

We have had terrible experience with movers in the past, so Winter Moving was a welcome relief! The two men showed up promptly, were professional and pleasant. They arrived at our destination-Santa Rosa- even before we did, and worked quickly, carefully and efficiently.The price was reasonable, even with the $60 gas surcharge and $15 for tape and plastic wrapping, which we were alerted to beforehand. (The wrapping charge is not mandatory if you have your own plastic sheeting to protect couches, etc.) We will definitely use this company again.

Despite needing to move from Walnut Creek to San Francisco with just eight days warning, I was able to email 14 of the top reviewed movers on Yelp. I received 10 quotes. Winter Moving came in significantly lower than the others, primarily because they said we would only need two movers for four hours. Nearly everyone else said we would require at least 3 movers and estimates started at 5-6 hours. The glowing reviews on Yelp convinced us to give Winter a shot, and we could not be happier that we did. Roger and Cesar were the best movers we've ever had. They were very kind and respectful, fast, and careful with out stuff. Despite traffic, we were moved in almost exactly 4 hours. Everything was packed carefully, we had no damage, and they even helped pack a few last minute things for us. Even with a significant tip, the total for the move was much lower than any other estimate we received. If you're looking for reliable, inexpensive movers, I can't recommend Winter Moving enough.

Great experience with Winter. Didn't line 'em up until a week in advance. Everyone else I called was booked. I needed them to show up at 9:30 when my storage unit opened and the three man crew led by Alan arrived at 9:29. I had a large 1BR's worth of stuff in a storage unit, which we got into the truck by 10:45. Made a stop to pick up stuff at my old place. Then off to my new building where these guys unloaded everything in an hour. The move was completed in 2hrs and 58 mins, a notch ahead of the minimum time charged. I also liked that they were careful, and not just with stuff labeled "fragile," even though they were moving quickly. A good sign of professionalism. I also liked that the booking manager, Yotam, was available and responsive on the phone leading up to the move. Only qualm was a couple extra charges for gas and drive time, but those were small and on balance worth it for getting such a good moving experience on such short notice. Will definitely use Winter again next time I move.
