Just finished our move out of an apartment and into a POD container. Our movers were fast but thorough. They wrapped our furniture and took very good care of our things. We were on a time crunch to pack our POD and they worked so quickly to get everything packed just right so everything fit and will be secure. Highly recommend this company! Punctual, professional, friendly and experienced.

Cesar and his team were professional, friendly, and efficient. My wife and I moved both of our apartments in a single day to our new home. They were very careful with our items, ensuring everything was properly packed. Not a single item was scratched or broken. These movers were amazing! Javier, Octavio and Edgar were on top of it. Hustling from the moment they arrived. So nice and careful with everything, and wearing masks the whole time. Couldn't recommend them enough.Only thing is it took 30 minutes longer than their estimate, so factor in a little more time than what is quoted. But had they not busted their humps both loading out and in, it would have taken much longer! Best part is that they charge in increments of 15 minutes after a 3 hour minimum so we didn't have to pay for more time than it actually took.Thank you so much for making our moving day so easy!

I called several 5 star moving companies and Winter Moving had the lowest price plus they charged in 15 minute increments instead of hourly like the other guys. My wife and I recently closed on a house in SF. We've moved a few times in the past 8 years, two of them with full packing & moving services. From the initial communication, getting a quote within a few hours of the first email, everything was handled in the best possible way. I contacted a couple of other companies and I felt their rates and estimates were inflated, we knew from previous moves the amount of time that should take to pack and load/unload. The crew was very professional, they arrived on time, were extremely polite and focused on what they needed to do. Always making sure that our needs were fulfilled. They went the extra mile by disassembling a charcoal grill that didn't fit through the backyard door, and then assembling it again to the original state.

Talk about seamless. I found Winter Moving on Yelp and after calling several movers it was clear that this was the best choice. Jesse was extremely helpful and a no-fuss kind of guy - stuck straight to the point as I told him exactly what I needed/wanted and got the job done. The movers that came were 10 minutes EARLY, patiently waiting for me to get home! This is unheard of - I have moved probably over 20 times in the last 2 years and this has never happened. They were in and out in less than 30 minutes. They packed all my things for me super fast and the complimentary boxes/packaging was a HUGE PLUS. This is definitely going to be your best deal and best bet for a move. I would be shocked if you find otherwise.

My apartment was flooded, requiring an unplanned move-out during a holiday week. Winter Moving & Storage came to the rescue! They were responsive and able to accommodate an ambiguous situation, placing our household goods in storage until we could locate a new apartment. The actual moving team arrived right on time, assisted with some last-minute packing, provided missing supplies and wrapped/moved everything with great care. We've now had the same, positive experience with scheduling our move-in. Highly recommend them to make the difficult task of moving a little easier to handle.

I've used Winter twice, and they've been nothing but professional, accommodating, and dependable. AKA: They quoted me exactly what they ended up charging me, they moved everything I had (even when it wasn't in moving boxes), showed up exactly on time, and they worked quickly and quietly.

In 2017, they stored my stuff (as there was a two-week gap between my move-out and move-in dates). I was a bit worried - Who knows what could be in a storage facility, or if I'd get all of my stuff back. But, the movers were amazing, returning everything in perfect condition.

In 2018 (just yesterday), they kept their cool despite moving within the city during rush hour/commuting hours. They also somehow moved all of my stuff into my room and positioned it perfectly - No reorganization needed, which is a blessing when everything is so heavy.

They were on-time (actually early), and loaded up my large one bedroom apartment's furniture super fast. They were very careful, and brought extra blankets and wrapping supplies to make sure my TV's antique headboard and other delicate large items were cared for properly. They moved me across the bridge to Mill Valley, and were done by noon (8am start time). Put everything neatly in the room that was marked on the box, I didn't have to direct them or do a thing! I was nervous to see what the grand total came out to, and they were almost exactly on the estimated price! Totally recommend them for all your moving needs, big or small.

Writing this review a little late but yanywho, I hired Winter Moving a few months ago for my move of about a mile away.

I think my one point of contention would be that the drivers ran about an hour or two behind because the previous move took longer than they expected and it took me a little while to get an accurate estimate for their arrival, yet the actual service more than made up for this flub. The two guys were very friendly and attentive and worked miracles. I swear I don't even know how they managed to pack all my stuff up within less than an hour. They had delivered, unpacked and assembled all my furniture at my new place within less than three hours. Not to mention, all my clothing was neatly sent to me in wardrobe boxes that I was able to just grab and hang. They didn't take majority of the stuff out of my drawers so I didn't have to deal with the hassle of putting everything away again. They moved quickly and got the job done without any damage to my condo, at a more-than-reasonable rate! Love them and I plan to use them every time I move.
